Metters Industries, Inc. awarded contract
for Tenant Relocation Services
McLean, VA - August 18, 2003 – Metters Industries, Inc. was
awarded a contract from Gates, Hudson and Associates to provide
on-site tenant relocation services for one of their apartment
complexes, the Colonies of Arlington.
The contract requires that relocation services be extended to the
tenants affected by the renovation of 430 units. In addition to
obtaining comparable housing for displaced tenants, relocation
services include tenants’ needs assessment and referral to
appropriate services in the community.
Metters has provided this service to several customers including
commercial and non-profit companies. Metters was responsible for
providing relocation services for the largest relocation effort in
Northern Virginia. Metters has experienced seasoned social workers
that specialize in housing relocations.
