Federal
Government Customers
Federal customers can order solutions from any of several government-wide,
indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicles. These vehicles
include our GSA Schedules (70, MOBIS, and
Logworld), and VA
GITSS. Click on IDIQ contracts for details.
The following ten step process applies generally to all of the IDIQ
contracts, even though some of the specific details may be unique.
You can contact us for assistance and for more detailed information.
1. Define the requirements in a statement of work (SOW).
2. Allocate the appropriate funds.
3. Choose or let us recommend a contract vehicle.
4. Prepare the requirements package (to include SOW
and funding documents).
5. Submit the package to the issuing agency.
6. Issuing agency will review the package for scope
and completeness.
7. Issuing agency will request a vendor's proposal,
after approving the package.
8. We will submit a proposal in response to the SOW.
9. Evaluate our proposed technical approach, resumes,
and cost.
10. Award the task order.
