Summary: EXPRESS is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program leveraging GSA schedules to provide comprehensive advisory and assisted services to the AMCOM Life Cycle Management Command, U.S. Army Program Executive Offices (PEOs), U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) and other customers.
The EXPRESS program consists of 31 prime/team contract holders and approximately 1,200 team members and subcontractors that provide advisory and assisted services in four domains.
